Collaborative and professional work environment As the HR Support Administrator, you will be the backbone of our HR department. You will handle a mix of general administration, HR-specific duties, and project support. This is a hands-on role where accuracy, confidentiality, and a positive attitude are essential. Key Responsibilities: * Administration: Manage daily office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate employee records within the HRIS (Human Resources Information System). * HR Administration: Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including coordinating recruitment (scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates), supporting onboarding processes for new hires, and assisting with offboarding procedures. * Document Management: Prepare, issue, and track formal HR correspondence, including employment contracts, offer letters, confirmation of employment, and policy updates. * Project Support: Provide crucial administrative support to the HR team on key projects, such as policy rollouts, training coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and system implementations. * Compliance & Reporting: Assist with maintaining compliance records and preparing basic HR reports as required. What We Are Looking For: * Previous experience in an administrative role (HR administration experience is a plus but not essential; a strong willingness to learn is key). * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of accuracy in preparing documents and letters. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * A high degree of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
