This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine roofing expertise with people management, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with top-quality workmanship. Direct Responsibilities * Lead roofing projects - manage labour, materials, and schedules to meet deadlines. * Supervise and support full roof replacements, installations, repairs, cleaning, and spraying. * Mentor apprentices and roofers, fostering a positive and high-performing crew. * Be the key point of contact with clients, site managers, and suppliers. * Ensure quality, efficiency, and Health & Safety standards are upheld at all times. * Provide weekly project updates and maintain accurate records of progress.
