You'll manage crews, oversee subcontractors, hit daily targets and work closely with the Contracts Manager and Works Coordinator. This is a hands-on role - being willing to jump in on the ground is part of the gig. What you'll bring: * Strong civil construction background * Ability to read and action high-level plans & specs * Confident managing teams with mixed skill levels * Comfortable planning milestones and daily targets * Experience completing site documentation (Toolbox talks, QA etc.) * Skilled at running crews + overseeing subcontractors * Experience with trenching & shoring * Class 2 licence (or higher) * Safety and quality come naturally Bonus points if you: * Hold Civil Infrastructure Pipeline Construction & Maintenance (or equivalent) * Can motivate, mentor and upskill others * Think creatively and try new methods Why you'll love it: * Work for a respected name in civil construction * Genuine development opportunities & training * Great team, great culture, great support Ready to lead the way?
