Supportive, team-focused environment with ongoing training and development We're on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Roofing Foreman to take charge of our Hawkes Bay clients dedicated team and deliver top-quality roofing projects across residential and commercial sites. This is a hands-on leadership role where your technical roofing expertise and team management skills will shine. You'll oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of workmanship, and drive projects to safe and successful completion. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate roofing projects from start to finish, manage teams, materials, schedules, and deadlines. * Supervise full roof replacements, new installations, repairs, cleaning, and spraying. * Mentor and support apprentices and roofers to build a strong, high-performing team. * Be the primary point of contact for clients, site managers, and suppliers. * Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety protocols and quality standards. * Provide regular project updates and maintain accurate job records. What You'll Bring: * 4+ years of proven roofing experience with strong technical and practical skills. * Leadership ability, capable of managing, motivating, and mentoring a crew. * Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions. * Organised, proactive, and committed to quality and efficiency. * Full Class 1 Driver's Licence. * Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and MOJ checks.
