Location: Mangere Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Type: Casual ongoing – Temp to Perm Pay Rate: $30 – $33/hour (based on experience) Start Date: Immediate Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a strong understanding of 3PL operations? We’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations for our 3PL client based in Mangere. At least 3 years experience in this field. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations - Ensure efficient and accurate handling of all inbound and outbound goods - Manage and support a team of warehouse staff - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment - Monitor and manage inventory levels - Implement and improve warehouse processes to increase productivity - Ensure all tasks are completed to meet client KPIs - Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations Skills & Experience: - Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role - Solid knowledge of 3PL operations is essential - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Health & safety awareness Preferred (but not essential): - Reach Truck license - Stock Picker experience - Counterbalance Forklift license If you're ready to step into a rewarding role with opportunities for long-term growth, apply today and start immediately!
