Summary: This role involves manual order picking, operating various hoists, and frequent heavy lifting in an ambient/dry facility. Highlights: 1. Opportunity for temporary to permanent role 2. Engage in order picking and hoist operation 3. Work as part of a great team Our client is an established Kiwi business with a nationwide customer base across New Zealand and are looking for staff in their Mt Wellington branch. The facility is ambient/dry with a small chiller area. There are only 2 shift options from Sunday to Thursday afternoon/night. 1. Mid shift is from 2pm to 10:30pm. 2. Night shift is 9:30pm to 6am. Benefit • Pay every Wednesday • $28 per hour up to 6pm, $30 per hour after 6pm • Staff Discount • Temporary to Permanent opportunity The Role • Picking order by hand • Operating counterbalance/stock picker/man up hoists • Lots of heavy lifting of up to 25kgs • Picking at height (8bays high) Requirement • Both OSH Counterbalance and Stock picker licences • Minimum 18months experience on both machines • Comfortable picking at height • Physically fit and reliable To be considered, you would need to meet the necessary requirement and can pass a pre-employment drug test with no criminal convictions.
