Flexible start & finish times Our Manufacturing client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse & logistics operations, from inwards good, inventory management and dispatch. This is a small warehouse which supports on-site manufacturing operations, so this will be a hands-on role with one direct report. Key Responsibilities: * Inwards Goods: ensure that raw materials & finished goods are accurately receipted * Inventory Management: Ensure database accurately reflects stock counts & stock is rotated to manage self-life * Customer Service: Manage orders inbox and assist with customer queries in a timely and accurate manner * Order Fulfilment: Manage picking, packing and dispatch of orders * Freight Coordination: Arrange local and international freight, including DG documentations, container bookings & shipment paperwork * Health & Safety: Enforce warehouse safety standards, equipment checks & policy compliance. Attend H&S meetings  * Site Maintenance: Management of waste & recycling collections, ensure staff are maintaining fork hoists & completing daily check sheets  Key Info: * Salary negotiable between $80,000 and $90,000 p.a  * Monday - Friday * Dayshifts & flexible start & finish times  The successful candidate will have: * Proven experience within warehousing and logistics * Strong organisational and communication skills * The ability to work hands-on and lead by example  * Experience operating a forklift & a valid licence (or be willing to obtain one)  * Experience handling chemicals, dangerous goods & raw materials.
