Opportunities for training, development, and promotion As a Customer Service Representative at CARTERS Kaiwharawhara, your role will be shared between providing exceptional customer service to our building trade customers in our timber yard and the trade counter in our show room. This is a fast-paced role where your adaptability and versatility will be key to our branch. * Quickly and efficiently pick, assemble and load customer orders. * Recommend suitable products, tailored to customer preferences. * Load and unload delivery vans and trucks. * Sustain inventory levels and ensure seamless stock replenishment. * Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards through general branch housekeeping. * Identify the right products quickly and efficiently, serving customers at the counter, assisting on the shop floor and processing sales documentation. * Maintain a seamless store experience by accurately processing sales refunds, maintaining high levels of showroom standards, and displaying 100% accuracy to ensure the correct account and product is charged.
