Well-maintained fleet and a supportive team * $27-$29/hour (depending on experience) * One overnight trip per week - accommodation provided! * Opportunity for growth and long-term stability We're a well-established manufacturing and distribution company based in Avondale, and we're looking for a reliable Class 2 driver to join the team. This is a great long-term opportunity for someone who's practical, physically fit, and enjoys a mix of driving and warehouse work. You'll be driving modern Class 2 trucks, delivering product across the upper North Island (Wellington and up). Most of your runs will be local or regional, but one overnight stay per week is part of the role - accommodation provided, of course. This is a Monday to Friday role, with 6:00am starts, averaging 45-hours per week. What we're offering: * $27-$29/hour (depending on experience) * One overnight trip per week * Regular hours and long-term security * A mix of driving and warehouse work - keeps the job interesting * Well-maintained fleet and a supportive team You will be: * Driving a Class 2 truck - mainly curtain-sider * Completing deliveries across Auckland, Waikato, BOP, Northland and as far as Wellington * Manually loading and unloading your own truck on customer sites * Assisting with warehouse work when not driving - unloading, putting stock away, etc. * Regularly lifting heavy products (up to 25kg) * Providing friendly, professional service at delivery points What we're looking for: * A valid Full Class 2 licence * Previous experience doing local and regional runs * Someone who's well-presented and communicates well - you'll be dealing with customers daily * Forklift licence and experience advantageous * Physically fit - the job includes regular manual work * Reliable and punctual - a solid work ethic is key * Happy to work both on the road and in the warehouse * Comfortable with one overnight trip per week Important to Note: * We are unable to offer sponsorship for these roles. * You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and have a Ministry of Justice check Ready to take the next step in your career?
