Supportive team & strong site leadership * $35 - $45 per hour + 8% holiday pay + weekly pay cycle * 30-hour contract guarantee * Lead your own crew on major 3 Waters infrastructure About the Role You'll be joining a major 3 Waters infrastructure programme, taking the lead on water reticulation tasks including pressure testing, chlorination, pigging and shutdown coordination. This role suits someone confident with mechanical fittings, network standards, and operating in complex civil environments. You'll support site supervisors while guiding a small team to deliver accurate, compliant water installations. Based in the Waikato Benefits * Competitive hourly rate * Weekly pay + 8% holiday pay * 30-hour contract guarantee * Lead your own crew * Work on a major long-term 3 Waters project * Supportive team & strong site leadership Duties * Conduct pressure testing, chlorination & pigging * Coordinate and carry out network shutdowns * Install & maintain water reticulation components * Work with flanges, spools & gibault joints * Assist with mechanical water fittings * Support the setup and trenching process (digger operation desirable) * Maintain site safety * Follow Tauranga City Council Infrastructure Development Code (TCC IDC) Skills & Experience * Certificate Level 4 - Water Reticulation * Strong experience in pressure testing/chlorination * Knowledge of TCC & Western Bay of Plenty Networks * Understanding of TCC Infrastructure Development Code (TCC IDC) * Butt welding / Electrofusion (EF) welding experience (desirable) * Knowledge of air valves, PRVs (Pressure Reducing Valves) & scour valves * Pump station experience (desirable) * Able to lead a crew of 3 * WTR endorsement * Confined Spaces * Class 2 license (desirable) * Digger operation (desirable) About the Company This nationally recognised civil infrastructure group delivers high-impact water, drainage and wastewater projects across New Zealand.
