About the Role * Full-time, permanent – Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, with rostered Saturdays * Perform servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance * Work on a range of petrol, hybrid, and EV models from Ford * Maintain quality workmanship to manufacturer standards * Support junior team members and contribute to workshop excellence * Build relationships with local customers and ensure service satisfaction What You Bring * National Certificate in Automotive Engineering (or equivalent) * Strong skills in diagnostics and mechanical repair * Ford (or other franchise) experience is a plus * WOF authority preferred but not essential * Full, clean NZ driver's licence * Good communication and a team-first attitude What We Offer * Competitive pay based on skills and experience * Access to Ford training pathways * Modern tools and diagnostic technology * A collaborative, positive team environment * Long-term growth opportunities within the Ingham Group Why Ingham?
