About the role: We have an opportunity to join our Hamilton SOC team. These specialist roles within a National communications company will be different, with unique challenges daily but it's all about people engagement - listening, observing, and helping. You will be: * Monitoring CCTV, and numerous critical alarm systems * Assisting with access and compliance within the telecommunications sector Working on variety of applications via desktop simultaneously; some of these include: *Outlook *Microsoft Teams *SharePoint *PureCloud *Excel *Gallagher command centre * Incident reporting * Raising and following up fault tickets * Handling Inbound and outbound calls This isn't just a normal Call Centre role. While we don't need experience in Security, you may come from a strong customer service, or fast pasted call centre environment. Grow your career with us - secure your specialist role!
