This is for someone ready to go beyond business as usual. You'll own the inventory function end to end, lead a small team, and play a key role in driving performance across a busy distribution centre. This business values initiative, clear structure, and continuous improvement - and they'll back you to lead, not just manage. What You'll Be Doing: * Managing all inventory operations - from stock accuracy to flow and reporting * Leading and developing a team of approx. 5 direct reports * Working closely with dispatch, ops and leadership to ensure smooth DC performance * Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting practical improvements (layout, systems, flow) * Using systems like SAP, WMS and Excel to reduce errors and improve visibility What You'll Bring: * Current experience in an Inventory or Warehouse leadership role (ideally NZ-based) * Confident leading a team and driving engagement * Comfortable in systems (SAP, WMS, Excel or similar) * A mindset geared toward continuous improvement * Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and not afraid to take ownership Why You'll Want In: * Full ownership of your space - your ideas and leadership will matter * Long-term potential in a stable, well-established business * Great culture - down-to-earth, high-performing team * Competitive pay reflective of experience (details discussed on application) Sound like you?
