Key Responsibilities: • Manage inventory levels to ensure stock is available and aligned with customer requirements • Coordinate replenishment orders, reprints, and job documentation • Maintain accurate inventory records and system data • Monitor stock movement, aged stock, and obsolete inventory • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies • Work closely with suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments • Coordinate stocktakes and inventory reporting • Support government related contract work and service requirements • Assist with distribution activities and ad hoc operational tasks • Ensure all documentation and reporting is accurate and audit-ready • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone who is practical, reliable, and easy to work with. The team culture is important, so attitude and fit matter just as much as experience. You’ll ideally bring: • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Good computer skills, including Excel and inventory systems • A proactive and hands-on approach • Strong communication and organisational skills • The ability to manage multiple priorities • A customer focused mindset • Good problem solving ability • A willingness to help wherever needed Experience in inventory control, logistics, warehousing, print, or manufacturing environments would be beneficial, but not essential.
