Opportunity for steady, long-term employment We are looking for an experienced Steep Slope Mech Felling Operator to join our forestry harvesting crews operating in largely in the South Waikato area. This is a safety critical role so suited to a competent machine operator who is confident working in steep terrain and high-risk environments. Skills and Experience required. *Mech felling and steep slope qualifications *Proven forestry steep slope tether felling machine experience *Competency in large tree and production felling *Experience in steep slope and cable logging operations *Strong hazard awareness and risk assessment skills *Physically fit, reliable, drug free and team oriented What we offer *Competitive pay *Steady, long term employment *Strong safety systems This role involves pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
