He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the role: We have a full-time opportunity for a competency Assurance Coordinator, ideally based within the Waikato region (negotiable) This is a full-time role that sits within the Competency Assurance team under Learning & Development and are key to ensuring our workforce remains compliant, well trained and are always competent to task. You’ll coordinate and maintain systems used to track training and competency, validate data for safety-critical roles, and support assurance processes across the business. Your work will help teams meet regulatory standards, prepare for audits, and identify areas for improvement. This role supports KiwiRail’s transformation by enabling safe and capable operations, now and into the future.
