You'll be leading a large, high-performing workshop within a busy, well-backed operation, stepping into a key leadership role reporting into senior management, with modern facilities and the opportunity to genuinely influence performance, culture, and results.
**Day to day responsibilities**
* Lead and manage a large team of technicians, apprentices, and support staff
* Oversee workshop operations across a high-volume environment
* Manage workflow, job allocation, and daily productivity
* Drive efficiency, profitability, and performance across the workshop
* Ensure high standards of workmanship, compliance, and safety
* Work closely with service and parts departments to optimise operations
* Monitor KPIs and implement improvements where needed
* Mentor and develop your team to maximise performance
**About you**
* Proven experience as a Workshop Manager, Foreman or Workshop Controller in a high-volume dealership
* Strong leadership capability with the ability to manage and motivate a large team
* Solid technical background with strong diagnostic understanding
* Highly organised with excellent workflow and operational management skills
* Commercially minded with a focus on performance and results
* Confident communicator, able to work closely with senior leadership
* Someone who can step into a large operation and take ownership
