Position: Scaffolder Location: Waikato Type: Full-time/Permanent Pay Range: $30 to $35 per hour Hours: Guaranteed at least 30 hours per week The Company Our client is a trusted provider of safe and reliable scaffolding solutions across a wide range of commercial and residential worksites. They are now seeking a skilled and dependable Scaffolder to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities As a Scaffolder, your main responsibilities will include constructing, dismantling, and removing scaffolding structures safely and in accordance with industry standards. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Construct & Dismantle Scaffolding: Erect, dismantle, and remove scaffolding structures in compliance with Best Practice Guidelines. * Interpret Plans: Review drawings and verbal/written instructions to determine requirements and complete accurate set- * Safety Tagging: Check scaffold safety on completion and sign the 'scaffold safe' tag when qualified to do so. * Site Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all site rules and regulations. * Rostered Saturday Work: Participate in Saturday work rotations as required. To be successful in this role, you will need: * At least two years of relevant work experience * Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20kg. * Confidence working at heights with excellent balance. * Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively. * A reliable team player with strong communication skills. * Complete a pre-employment drug & alcohol test on request * Provide an up-to-date criminal record check on request If you are a motivated and skilled Scaffolder who is ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you.
