We're after an experienced **Drainage Hand Lead to** join a busy contracting team in Auckland. This role is hands-on and leading from the front - perfect for someone with solid site experience who's ready to step up. **What you'll be doing:** * Leading and working alongside the drainage crew on site. * Installing, repairing, and maintaining drainage systems. * Reading plans and making sure work is completed to spec. * Ensuring health and safety standards are followed on site. * Supporting the team to deliver quality work on time. **What we're looking for:** * Minimum 2 years' experience in drainage * Strong understanding of site work and drainage systems * Ability to lead by example and work as part of a team * Physically fit and reliable with a good work ethic * Current driver's licence (WTR endorsements a bonus) **What's on offer:** * Competitive pay based on experience * Supportive crew and plenty of variety in the work * Ongoing development and career growth opportunities. **Important Information** Please note that you must have the **right to work in New Zealand** and be **present in the country at the time of application**.
