This role involves fabricating and installing industrial pipework, primarily TIG and MMA welding, across diverse engineering projects within a supportive team.

We’re working with a well-established engineering business that’s flat out with ongoing industrial and mechanical work. They’re looking for an experienced Pipefitter / Welder who knows their way around large projects

What you’ll be doing
- Fabrication and installation of pipework across industrial and engineering projects
- Carbon steel and stainless pipework
- Reading and working from isos, drawings, and specs
- Welding to a high standard (primarily TIG and MMA)
- Working on site and in the workshop as required
- Being part of a tight crew that looks after each other and gets the job done properly
What they’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Pipefitter and Welder
- Strong welding skills (tickets an advantage but not essential if you can prove it)
- Confident reading drawings and setting out pipe runs
- Good attitude, reliable, and safety-focused
- NZ work rights
