We're looking for someone who brings energy, drive, and a strong work ethic to lead from the front and set the standard for the team. Your New Role: * Lead and develop a team of 35 in a fast-paced warehousing/logistics environment, driving performance, accountability, and a strong, positive team culture * Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations (Monday-Friday, primarily 8:00am-5:00pm with flexibility as required), ensuring efficient processes, high service standards, and a strong customer-focused approach * Manage end-to-end operational performance including inventory control, dispatch, health & safety, and continuous improvement What's in it for you? * Great Company Culture * Competitive Salary To be successful you will need: * Proven experience managing warehouse or logistics operations, including leading sizeable teams and delivering strong operational results * Demonstrated ability to build, lead and embed a positive team culture, with confident people leadership and performance management skills * Strong customer focus with the ability to balance service excellence, efficiency, and commercial outcomes * Solid understanding of warehousing systems, inventory control, health & safety, and continuous improvement practices * Flexibility to adjust working hours as operational demands require * Our client is looking for a real people person - if this is you, then this could be your ideal role!
