We are looking for a driven leader to oversee our client’s logistics operations across multiple sites in Auckland and Christchurch. This is a full-time permanent position based in Auckland with some travel to Christchurch. About the Role We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and coordinate activities at our Auckland and Christchurch sites. This role involves managing teams, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high safety standards in a fast-paced environment, site is based in South Auckland. Responsibilities - Lead warehouse teams across multiple sites - Oversee health and safety compliance - Manage workflow expectations and dispatch timelines - Address attendance, performance, and operational issues - Build strong relationships with site teams - Travel regularly between Auckland and Christchurch About You - 5+ years of logistics or warehouse management experience - Proven leadership in a multinational or corporate setting - Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Dynamics 365 (ideally) - Valid forklift licence with high-reach forklift experience - Proactive, independent, and results-driven work style - Strong communication and relationship-building skills What's on Offer - Salary around $95,000 per annum + $5K performance bonus - Opportunities for regular travel and professional growth - Supportive and respectful team culture - Safety-focused environment with strong operational standards - Immediate start with long-term career development This is a fantastic opportunity to lead impactful logistics teams within a supportive company culture, fostering growth and operational excellence.
