Supportive team environment We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Construction Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site construction activities and labourer staff, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities: * Supervise and co-ordinate daily site operations * Manage and direct site labourers on site * Ensure materials and equipment required are on site * Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations, enforces safety procedures * Monitor progress against project timelines * Liaise with Site Management, Project Managers and Engineers involved in the project * Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes * Conduct site meetings and resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently * Ensure materials and equipment are available * Physical tasks on site including painting and plastering * Measure, mark, cut and install plasterboard * Repair cracks, holes and damaged surfaces * Apply decorative textures or finishers Requirements: * At least 3 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or level 4 qualification * Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials and safety standards * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans What's on Offer: * Pay: $30 - $35 per hour * Minimum of 30 hours per week * Opportunity to work on exciting projects * Supportive team environment Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug test .
