Develop relationships with clients and manage project risks Working Foreman/Supervisor The role As Working Foreman/Supervisor you will lead teams and projects across South Auckland and also projects throughout New Zealand when required. This is a hands-on leadership role and you will be expected to lead from the front while overseeing project performance, health & safety, commercial outcomes and team delivery. What you will be doing * Leading and supervising project teams including Leading Hands, Fitter/Welders, skilled & unskilled Labourers and subcontractors* Overseeing dredging, de-watering and associated civil operations* Manage Flocculation processes and ensure effective water treatment outcomes..* Making sure projects are delivered on time, in budget and of a high standard.* Driving health & safety performance and compliance across all sites.* Monitoring targets and manage daily/weekly/monthly site planning* Manage plant, equipment and yard operations.* Develop relationships with clients and external vendors/contractors.* Identify and manage project risks and commercial outcomes. Skills required * 3+ years civil/construction experience* 2+ years in a Foreman/Supervisor role* Experience in dredging,de-watering,sludge management or water treatment would be highly desirable.* Knowledge of Flocculation processes would be a huge advantage but not a necessity. * Strong leadership skills and understanding of H&S requirements* Commercial acumen* Experience working away from home / willingness to work away from home (NZ wide) for more than a few days at a time.
