Rewarding and fulfilling work environment As an Intermediate Property Manager with Focus on Property, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties throughout Tauranga. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional to grow their career within an independent, tight knit, and reputable real estate organisation. What you'll be doing Effectively manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including office, retail, hospitality and industrial buildings Liaise with landlords, tenants and other stakeholders to ensure effective property performance Handle all aspects of property management, such as rent collection, maintenance coordination, capital works, tenant relations and lease administration Prepare comprehensive property reports and financial statements for clients Identify opportunities to improve property performance and implement strategies to maximise returns Ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards and comply with all relevant legislation and regulations Collaborate with the wider team to support the overall business objectives What we're looking for Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a commercial property management role Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market and property management principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and conflict resolution Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and deadlines Tertiary qualification in property, business or a related discipline is preferred What we offer At Focus on Property, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
