Stable role in a growing, specialist business with growth opportunities About the company Linked Group is an architectural roofing and cladding supplier based in Matamata, providing premium roofing, cladding and flashings for residential, commercial and high‑end architectural projects across the North Island. The team is made up of skilled operators who know their roles, do them well, and value a workplace where systems and people run smoothly. About the role This is a full‑time Orders & Dispatch Coordinator role, based in our Matamata office alongside the Office Manager and Director. You will own the flow of customer orders from initial intake right through to factory scheduling and delivery, making sure information is accurate, timeframes are clear, and the factory and drivers have what they need to do their jobs. Hours and pay Full time, permanent Monday to Friday, 6:30 am – 4:00 pm Starting from $30 per hour (depending on experience) Fuel supplements where required Key responsibilities Taking customer orders and accurately keying them into our job management systems Entering flashing details into the SWI system and creating clear, accurate factory orders Scheduling jobs for the factory in line with capacity and customer timeframes Updating customers on expected timeframes and any changes Coordinating delivery runs and ensuring all paperwork and information is complete Ordering in components and materials required for each job Running or supporting factory meetings to update the team on order status and priorities Working closely with the Office Manager and Director to keep office, factory and customers aligned About you You’re organised, systems‑minded and comfortable taking responsibility for a busy workflow. You enjoy keeping things moving, talking with people, and making sure details are right. You will have: Experience with systems, procedures and job/order management (or similar) Good understanding of order intake and dispatch requirements Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail High level of people skills and clear communication Confidence juggling multiple jobs at different stages A practical mindset and willingness to take ownership of your area Ideally, you are local to Matamata or the surrounding area Experience in manufacturing, building supplies, roofing/cladding, logistics or dispatch is an advantage but not essential if you bring strong systems and coordination skills.
