In every aspect of our work, we are committed to helping whānau be the best they can be. **He kōrero mō te tūranga | The Role** This role provides operation oversight on site at one of our complexes in Porirua, to ensure all our tangata whaiora are treated respectfully and provided a safe environment. This roles expected hours of work are 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, between 5.00pm - 1.00am. It involves observing, patrolling and maintaining security of the site and taking action if something appears out of the ordinary. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role, have strong conflict resolution skills and be able to communicate with a diverse range of people.
