About the Role: * Work alongside 4 sous chefs during winter, and support a fully-staffed kitchen during the summer peak season. * Step into a kitchen serving Kiwi favourites like fish and chips, pizzas, nachos, and a few nice a la carte dishes. * Their kitchen is fully equipped for success. * Take ownership in a fast casual environment where teamwork and accountability are everything. About You: * Experienced Sous Chef / Chef de Partie with strong leadership skills. * Hands-on, no-nonsense attitude; honesty and reliability are key. * Fast casual experience preferred, with an eye for consistency and quality. * Can handle high-pressure service * Someone who takes pride in their work, shows accountability, and keeps it professional.
