This role suits someone who takes ownership onsite, values workmanship, and enjoys working closely with subcontractors and clients while being part of a trusted, quality‑focused business. This is a full‑time Builder role working on a variety of commercial construction projects across Auckland. What You'll Be Doing: * Deliver commercial construction projects to a consistently high standard * Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications * Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, labourers, and hammer hands onsite * Manage daily site activities, sequencing, and progress * Maintain high standards of site organisation, cleanliness, and safety * Identify issues early and communicate practical solutions * Liaise professionally with clients and project stakeholders * Assist with QA checks, materials ordering, and site logistics * Uphold all health and safety requirements and participate in toolbox talks What You Need: * Proven commercial construction experience (preferred) * Ability to work independently and lead small teams onsite * Strong communication skills and a professional manner with clients * High attention to detail and pride in workmanship * Full NZ Driver Licence * Own tools and reliable transport * NZ Qualified Builder (preferred) * Site Safe Passport advantageous * EWP and First Aid certificates beneficial What's in It for You? * Variety of interesting commercial projects * Opportunity to take ownership and grow your career * Supportive leadership with direct access to decision‑makers * Small, high‑performing team with a strong company culture * Competitive pay based on skills and experience * Work with a quality‑focused company known for reliability and craftsmanship.
