The Opportunity We are looking for a Refrigeration Engineer to join our expert team and help drive the future of cooling technology. You’ll play a key role in servicing, improving and maintaining systems that use natural refrigerants such as CO₂ and ammonia as well as HVAC in the commercial building sector. What You’ll Do * Service and maintain complex industrial and commercial refrigeration systems. * Provide technical leadership and mentoring to our apprentice engineers * Work closely with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions. * Champion the use of sustainable refrigerants and energy-efficient technologies. * Oversee commissioning, performance testing, and troubleshooting. What We’re Looking For * Significant hands-on experience with refrigeration systems (CO₂, ammonia, glycol experience is an advantage). * Strong electrical aptitude with fault finding and diagnostic skills. * Strong customer focus and leadership skills. * Relevant engineering qualification/trade certification. * Commitment to safe work practices and environmental responsibility. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
