You'll diagnose issues, complete accurate reports, communicate clearly with customers, and ensure every interaction meets our service standards. You'll also promote relevant AA products, stay up to date with new technology and processes, and continue developing your skills as part of a supportive, professional workshop team. You will: * Deliver vehicle servicing, repairs and inspections to AA quality and safety standards. * Keep customers informed about issues, required work and timeframes. * Provide excellent customer service in all interactions. * Recommend AA products and services that meet customer needs. * Expand your technical knowledge and develop new skills as part of your growth. **About You | Mōu** You're an experienced automotive technician who takes pride in delivering quality work and clear communication. Confident across servicing, repairs and inspections, you bring a strong customer focus and a professional, safety‑minded approach to your day‑to‑day work.
