Location: South Auckland Start date: Immediate start available Pay rate: $35.00 per hour | Weekly pay What's In It For You? - Competitive pay rate of $35.00 per hour - Weekly pay - Rotating 4-on, 3-off roster providing regular extended breaks - Opportunity for ongoing work with reputable employers - Varied and challenging projects that keep your skills sharp - Supportive team environment with a strong safety culture - Work with established engineering and manufacturing companies What You'll Be Doing - Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications - Fitting, assembling, and installing mechanical components and machinery - Operating workshop machinery and machining equipment - Working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems - Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance - Assisting with machinery installations and commissioning projects - Maintaining high standards of workmanship and workplace safety What We're Looking For - Minimum 3 years' experience as a Fitter/Turner - Level 4 Trade Qualification preferred - Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail - Own tools and reliable transport - Commitment to health and safety best practices - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test - Reliable, motivated, and able to work effectively within a team About Tradestaff Tradestaff has been connecting skilled New Zealand workers with great employers for over 25 years.
