This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional to step into a leadership role within a well-established and growing company. You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of skilled plumbers, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage a team of plumbers and apprentices across residential and commercial projects. * Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards. * Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain strong working relationships. * Provide technical support and mentorship to team members. * Monitor project budgets, materials, and labour costs. * Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure all work meets company and regulatory standards. About You * NZ-registered and licenced plumber with a current practising licence. * Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the plumbing or construction industry. * Strong understanding of New Zealand plumbing codes and health & safety regulations. * Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a positive and productive work environment. * Full NZ driving licence.
