We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our workshop team and keep production running smoothly. You will be working closely with management and repairs and services team — ensuring that products are built to spec, on time, and to our high standards of quality. What you’ll do: Supervise day-to-day workshop operations and people. Help with manufacturing, fabrication and assembly of products. Coordinate the production schedule and ensure targets are met. Maintain quality control and health and safety standards. Work closely with design and supply teams to solve problems fast. Drive continuous improvement and increasing efficiency. What we’re looking for: * Strong practical and mechanical knowledge. * Used to a workshop environment. * Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure. * A team player who leads by example. * A background in fabrication, manufacturing, pumping or hydraulics would be an advantage.
