The Role: As Retail Store Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Retail Manager, driving exceptional customer service and ensuring the operational success of our store. Key responsibilities include: * Overseeing all operational aspects of the retail store with a focus on financial and non-financial performance metrics * Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing retail team * Implementing effective HR strategies, including recruitment, training, and performance management with the support of the HR Manager. * Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to maximise market share * Upholding a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety standards * Championing excellent customer service and satisfaction * Ensuring a high level of merchandising, stock and inventory and store presentation are maintained.
