You’ll support our clients and team across a wide range of administrative tasks in a role where deadlines matter. We’re looking for someone who is positive, approachable and upbeat, who can remain calm under pressure and contribute to a supportive, team-focused culture.
Payroll experience within a similar environment is a must.
Responsibilities will include:
* End to end payroll processing for multiple clients
* Ensuring you stay abreast of all relevant legislation
* Maintaining the client database, software and client/employee records
* Recording, maintaining and updating payroll procedures & policies
* Preparing and filing IRD returns
* Processing of creditor and tax payments
* Other process and administration tasks as required
It is an advantage if you have:
* A strong knowledge of Payroll Legislation
* Knowledge of ACC systems and processes
* Experience in using Payroll software systems
* Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Efficient data entry, with a high level of attention to detail
This is a full time permanent position, ideally based in the Putaruru office however will consider a base at one of our other offices for the right applicant.
