This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for project planning, team communication, technical execution, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will act as a trusted leader, mentor, and technical point of contact within the team and for our clients. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the planning, execution, end-to-end solution and delivery of Cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion. * Provide technical guidance and hands-on support in solution architecture, implementation, and troubleshooting. * Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and clients. * Oversee technical documentation, project milestones, and timelines. * Foster a high-performing and collaborative technical team environment. * Ensure solutions are aligned with client requirements, security standards, and compliance needs. * Act as a key point of escalation for technical issues and project risks. * Identify areas for improvement in processes, tools, and technical approaches. **Requirements:** * Degree in technology-related area, or other field of study with significant relevant IT work experience * Proven experience in a Manager or Senior Technical Lead role within the cybersecurity or IT solutions domain. * Proven ability to manage projects from scoping through delivery, with strong organizational skills. * Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices. * Practical hands-on experience with security products, systems integration, and infrastructure. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Self-starter attitude with ability to work independently, and take initiative. * Experience with cloud platforms & technology such as Azure, AWS; security architecture, and technical documentation is essential * Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP, AWS/GCP/Azure certifications) are a plus. **Who are we** At PERSOLKELLY, our passion is - and always has been - putting you first.
