Training and upskilling available The Role We’re looking for reliable General Labourers to join busy teams across a range of industries in the Manawatu. If you’re hardworking, safety-focused, and keen to build your skills, this is a great opportunity to step into hands-on work. Both short-term and long-term opportunities are available. Key Responsibilities * Carry out general labouring tasks such as digging, lifting, site clean-up, and using hand and power tools * Assist with daily set-ups and pack-downs, supporting the wider team as required * Operate vehicles and equipment where needed * Follow all Health & Safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment What We Offer * Local work across the region – home every night * Weekly pay + full PPE provided * Supportive team environments with opportunities for ongoing or permanent work * Training and upskilling available for the right person Hours * Monday to Friday with early starts (approx. 6:00–7:00 am) * 8–10 hour days depending on workload * Occasional Saturday work during busy periods Requirements * Restricted (minimum) or Full Class 1 licence (preferred) * Physically fit and willing to get stuck in * Able to pass a drug test and Ministry of Justice check * Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude About the Company Our clients are well-established businesses across a variety of industries, known for their strong team culture, commitment to safety, and delivering quality work within the Manawatu region.
