On-site training provided The Role We're looking for motivated and reliable Labourers to join a hard-working demolition team in Palmerston North. This is a hands-on role where you'll assist with construction site prep, clean-ups, slab work, and material removal. If you don't mind getting stuck in, working hard, and being part of a high-energy team, this could be the opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: * Assist with demolition site preparation and post-demolition clean-up * Use hand tools and equipment to break down and clear materials * Load and remove rubble and debris (must be comfortable lifting 25kg+) * Support concrete slab laying and general site work * Follow all safety procedures and work well under supervision What We Offer: * Monday to Friday work, with some Saturday shifts available * Weekly pay with competitive rates * PPE provided and training given on-site Hours: Typically 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday Occasional Saturday work depending on project deadlines What You'll Need: * Physically fit - lifting, digging, and manual labour required daily * Site experience preferred (construction, demo, or landscaping ideal) * Positive attitude, team focus, and willingness to learn * Reliable transport and strong work ethic * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and Ministry of Justice check Ready to Apply?
