**Service Coordinator - Full Time (40 hours/week)**

**What You'll Do**
As a Service Coordinator, you'll:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of supported living homes
- Lead and support a team of dedicated staff
- Coordinate a School Holiday Programme including venue, staff, and students
- Monitor health, wellbeing, and lifestyle outcomes for the people we support
- Facilitate connections for the people we support with the community
- Collaborate with whānau and health professionals to deliver high-quality, individualised services
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
**What You'll Bring**
- A Diploma or Bachelor's in Human Services, or a related field (e.g. psychology, teaching, health, social work, or management)
- Experience in the health, disability, or social services sector
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Clear communication skills, and ability to communicate compassionately with whānau
- Confidence using digital tools and systems (Word, email, browsers, etc.)
- Budgeting and resource management experience
- A full NZ Class 1 driver's licence
- Ideally, you're local to Whangārei and familiar with the community
