Overseeing quality assurance standards Site Supervisor - Night Shift | Christchurch We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a well-established Engineering company in Christchurch. This is a night shift position supporting a key project running for the remainder of the year, with the potential to move into a permanent role for the right person. Key Responsibilities: - Supervising and coordinating night shift site operations - Ensuring strict adherence to Health & Safety procedures - Overseeing quality assurance standards across welding and engineering work - Managing and supporting site teams to deliver work safely and efficiently - Liaising with project managers and reporting on site progress - Ensuring deadlines and project milestones are met About You: - Proven experience in a site supervision or foreman role within engineering, fabrication, or construction - Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and QA processes - Ability to lead teams and maintain productivity during night operations - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Reliable, organised, and able to start immediately What’s on Offer: - $40 – $55 per hour depending on experience - Immediate start on a major local project - Work with a respected engineering and welding company - Opportunity to transition into a permanent position Please note you must have valid working rights in New Zealand.
