Consistent full-time hours available Monday to Friday * $25 - $27 Per Hour | Weekly Pay * Day, Afternoon or Night Shift * Hillsborough Location with Parking The Role You'll be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, picking and packing orders using a voice headset system. Day-to-day includes: * Voice picking orders using a headset (voice picking role) * Pick packing and preparing goods for dispatch * Operating equipment (jiffy) * Manual handling and lifting (15-25kg) * Meeting pick rate and accuracy KPIs What's In It For You? * $25+ per hour + paid breaks * Multiple Shift times * Monday to Friday - consistent full-time hours * Immediate starts available * Ongoing work opportunities (not just short-term) * Fun and supportive team environment Shifts Available * Day Shift: 5:00am - 1:00pm * Afternoon Shift: 1:00pm - 9:00pm * Night Shift: 9:00pm - 5:00am You'll Be a Good Fit If You * Have experience in voice picking, order picking, or a similar warehouse job * Are physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting * Have good attention to detail and can work to targets * Are reliable and show up ready to work * Can work independently and as part of a team Voice picking experience is a bonus, but if you've done pick packing or similar warehouse work, you'll pick it up quickly.
