Ongoing training and development from experienced Team Leaders The Role We are seeking an experienced and reliable Storeperson in a cold environment to join our client's fast-paced warehousing team. This is a multifaceted role where you'll stay busy across stock management, pick-packing, and forklift operation. You must be physically fit, confident working at height, and comfortable handling a variety of products. Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain stock levels with accuracy * Pick and pack FMCG products ranging from 100g to 25kg - COLDSTORE * Operate stock pickers, counterbalance forklifts, and reach trucks to load/unload trucks and move pallets * Manually handle boxes and lift up to 20kg * Work safely and efficiently in a team environment Days and Hours * Full-time - consistent work * Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Skills and Attributes * Forklift and reach-truck experience essential; a current licences is highly favourable * Previous experience in warehouse dispatch or pick-packing * Comfortable picking goods up to 3-4 metres high * Physically fit and able to work on your feet throughout the day * Someone seeking long-term, permanent employment is ideal Benefits * Ongoing training and development from experienced Team Leaders * Opportunities for permanent employment for high performers * Supportive team culture and excellent staff discounts About the Company Our client is a 100% New Zealand-owned company with over 50 years of service to the NZ Food Industry.
