We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Reach Operator to join their team based in **Māngere**. **What's in it for you?** * Ongoing training and development to support your career growth * Stable, ongoing work with a reputable organisation * A positive, safety-focused work environment * Potential Full-time hours (up to 45 hours per week) * Competitive pay rates * Access to EAP support services for you and your family **About the Role** **Shift:** **Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm** In this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties within a fast-paced distribution environment, including: * Operating a reach forklift safely and efficiently within the warehouse * Loading, unloading, stacking, and moving stock accurately * Picking and packing orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems * Replenishing stock and maintaining accurate inventory levels * Assisting with general warehouse duties as required * Conducting daily pre-start equipment checks and reporting faults or damage promptly * Maintaining a clean and organised workspace * Always demonstrating a strong commitment to health and safety **About You** To be successful in this role, you will have: * A current Reach Forklift License and relevant operating experience * **Clean Ministry of Justice Report** * Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * A positive attitude and strong work ethic * The ability to work both independently and within a team * Good communication skills and willingness to learn * Reliable transport to and from work **If you are looking to join a respected company with a supportive team culture and strong career prospects, we encourage you to apply today**.
