The company is run by and supported by a small, close-knit team of four additional staff. They pride themselves on a friendly, supportive working environment and long-term staff retention. ABOUT THE ROLE This role is a mix of dispatch coordination, customer service, and general administration. We are seeking a reliable, confident individual who works well as part of a team and is comfortable in a hands-on role. Key Responsibilities include * Accepting customer orders via email, online systems, and telephone * Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders * Invoicing orders and consigning freight * Answering phone calls and managing email correspondence * Ordering packing and office supplies * Quality checking and processing incoming stock FOR YOU * Stable, weekday-only hours * Supportive family-business environment * Temp-to-perm opportunity * Wage review after 6 months or upon permanent employment * Convenient parking options WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * Confident, polite, and works well with others * Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in person) * Physically fit - able to lift parcels up to 20kg * Good attention to detail, particularly for quality checking * Colour accuracy * Basic maths skills * Basic computer skills (training provided on internal systems) SOUND LIKE YOU?
