Summary: Seeking an organized and proactive Dispatch Coordinator to manage daily dispatch, freight documentation, route assignments, inventory accuracy, and collaborate with the factory team. Great team culture We're looking for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to join a fast paced engineering/manufacturing firm in Christchurch. If you're organised, proactive and love a fast-paced role, this could be for you. APPLY NOW!!   What you'll be doing: * Coordinating daily dispatch of parts and finished goods * Preparing all freight paperwork, labels and documentation * Assign routes and support drivers to ensure timely deliveries * Maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organisation * Liaise and work closely with the factory team to ensure production and delivery timelines are met Job Requirements: * Prior dispatch or warehouse experience (ideally in Engineering/Manufacturing) * Computer skills - Experience using dispatch, ERP, or inventory systems   * Able to handle working under pressure to meet deadlines  * Current Forklift OSH + F endorsement * Strong communication and organisational skills What we offer: * $30 - $35 per hour (Depending on experience) * Full time hours (Monday-Friday) * Great team culture * Long term position (Potential for a permanent opportunity in the future)   Please apply online now!
