CARTERS Invercargill is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Bulkstores area in their busy timber yard where your primary goal is to deliver exceptional service to our building trade customers. In this active and physical role your expertise in forklift operation and customer service will be crucial as is your can-do attitude to: * Quickly and efficiently pick, assemble, and load customer orders. * Recommend suitable products, tailored to customer preferences. * Load and unload delivery vans and trucks. * Sustain inventory levels and ensure seamless stock replenishment. * Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards through general branch housekeeping. About you You will be the perfect fit for this role if you are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and have the following skills, qualities, and certifications. * A valid FULL NZ Driver's License is Essential * Forklift F Endorsed Licence with OSH Certificate is desirable * Someone who values teamwork and approaches tasks with a positive mindset. * Entry-level computer skills * Physically fit * Building industry knowledge is beneficial.
