The Role: We are seeking a motivated experienced Automotive Technician - Heavy Diesel and Leader to fill the Workshop Foreman role with the purpose of implementing and maintaining workshop best practices that achieve maximum efficiencies. Major functions: * Providing direction to workshop staff and implementing plans that meet company expectations. * Ensuring that sufficient resources are available daily to provide punctual and efficient bus maintenance services. * Completing quality control checks of vehicles to a high standard and repair those vehicles that don’t meet these standards. Skills/Experience required: * Ability to manage and provide effective leadership in a small team. * Excellent communication and planning skills. * Great team player. * Work to high standards of detail. * Class 1,2 and 4 license. * Advanced Trade Certificate in Automotive – Heavy Diesel.
