Citycare Water is looking for a practical, motivated, and adaptable person to join our field team supporting essential water services across rural and urban environments. This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days look the same. You’ll be working alongside experienced crews and gaining exposure to critical water infrastructure work, with full training and development provided. About the role You will support a range of field-based water operations, including: • Water sampling while crews are out on job sites • Testing and verifying water metering at large industrial and commercial sites • Assisting with leak detection activities (training provided through Level 2 and specialist courses) • Supporting technical work such as basic interpretation or use of technical drawings • Delivering parts and equipment to field teams as required • Light administrative duties (job notes, records, basic reporting) • Working across both rural and town-based sites About you We’re looking for someone with a fresh attitude and willingness to learn. You don’t need to know everything on day one — but you do need the right mindset.
