As a Water Serviceperson, you'll be out in the field maintaining assets, responding to faults and restoring services that homes, businesses and emergency services rely on. This is practical, boots-on-the-groundwork, carried out in all conditions and often under time pressure. You'll take ownership of your jobs from start to finish, fault response, customer interaction, reinstatement and reporting all while working to contract requirements and Downer procedures. You'll also be part of a standby and call-out roster, supporting incidents and civil emergencies when needed.
